Click the SIGN IN button in the top header, then select the CREATE ACCOUNT tab. Enter your display name, email, and a password (minimum 6 characters). You'll see a confirmation screen once your account is created.

No — an account is required to access the dashboard. It's free to sign up and the Free tier gives you access to live scores, upcoming matches, and Twitch streams.

Free users get: live match scores across all 11 games, upcoming match schedules, Twitch stream integration, multi-stream viewer, match search, and the live ticker banner.

Pro unlocks: AI tactical match analysis powered by Claude, live betting odds from 350+ bookmakers, value bet detection & sharp money alerts, pre-match AI strategic reports, and unlimited AI queries with no daily limits.

Pro is $9.99/month or $79.99/year (save 33%). Both plans include instant access to all Pro features and can be cancelled at any time.

Click the UPGRADE TO PRO button anywhere in the dashboard, or go to Account → Subscription. You'll be taken to a secure Stripe checkout page. Access is granted instantly after payment.

You can cancel at any time from Account → Subscription → Cancel Subscription, or by contacting support. You'll retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period.

Yes. All payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment provider. We never store your card details — they're handled entirely by Stripe's secure infrastructure.

Refund requests are handled case by case. Contact us within 7 days of your purchase at support@esportsmonitor.gg and we'll review your request.

The AI analyst is powered by Claude (Anthropic) with access to live web search. It has deep knowledge of each game's meta, team histories, and strategies. Ask it anything about a match or team and it will provide real-time tactical insights.

Click the ⊞ MULTI-VIEW button in the stream panel header. You can watch up to 4 streams simultaneously. Click any match or streamer to add them to a slot. Audio plays from the stream you click.

Click CONNECT TWITCH in the header and allow the popup. If popups are blocked by your browser, you'll need to allow them for this site. Once connected, streams load automatically for your selected game or match.

Match scores and live data refresh every 30 seconds automatically. Odds update in real-time. You can also manually refresh anytime using the ↻ REFRESH button in the header.

On the sign in screen, enter your email address then click "Forgot password?" below the SIGN IN button. You'll receive a reset email within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.

Email changes require contacting support at support@esportsmonitor.gg for security reasons. We'll verify your identity and update your account within 24 hours.

Go to Account → Danger Zone → Delete Account. This is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be removed immediately. If you have an active Pro subscription, cancel it first.
