Esports Monitor provides real-time esports match data, Jarvis analysis, stream integration, and related tools for informational purposes. The Service is provided "as is" and we make no guarantees regarding uptime, data accuracy, or availability.
Match data and statistics are sourced from third-party providers (PandaScore, OddsAPI). We are not responsible for inaccuracies in third-party data.
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others or use another person's account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Esports Monitor offers a Pro subscription at $2.99/month or $19.99/year, billed via Stripe. By subscribing you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
All payments are processed by Stripe and subject to Stripe's Terms of Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to losses arising from reliance on match data.
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Esports Monitor is an information and odds comparison platform. We do not accept bets or process any gambling transactions. When you click on odds, you will be directed to a licensed third-party bookmaker's website where their own terms and conditions apply.
